# Kestrel

> Partner console for MSPs and 3CX partners. One organisation watches every customer PBX. End customers never log in.

Kestrel is a hosted console at https://app.kestrelpbx.com. You connect each customer 3CX over HTTPS (service principal preferred). There is no agent on the customer LAN. The partner owns the organisation and the invoice.

## What it does

- Inbound call-flow map: trunk → DID → IVR, queue, ring group, or extension. Hours filter (business / after hours / holidays). Click a queue for members.
- Fleet board and full-screen wallboard: up/down, hours, open alerts, concurrent vs licensed SC, 30/90-day peaks. FQDN opens that host’s 3CX console.
- DID search across the fleet: host, tenant, inbound rule, destination.
- Public holidays and OOO: per-host country/state calendar. Email the client a link. They type a greeting or record by phone. Partner pushes the dates to 3CX.
- Config drift and What changed: missing AU outbound prefixes (13 / 1300 / E.164). Inbound, outbound, and group diffs since the last snapshot.
- Alerts: down, stale, trunk, licence, backup, update, keywords. Email. Optional write to the 3CX console.
- Maintenance: check and apply 3CX updates (backup first), suppress down alerts, add an MT tenant.
- Multi-tenant hosts: companies hang off the parent box.

## What it is not

- Not a customer portal. End customers never log in and never see the invoice.
- Not affiliated with or endorsed by 3CX.
- Path MOS in the product is estimated from collector HTTPS RTT, not a live call sample.
- Typed holiday greetings stay as a script. Kestrel does not invent a voice file from text.
