Kestrel exists because hopping fifteen admin tabs does not scale. We built the console we needed as a 3CX partner shop — then opened it to other partners.
This is not an end-customer portal. The MSP owns the organisation. Customer companies are groupings inside it. They never log in and they never see the invoice.
We are not 3CX. If you are a partner tired of Friday-afternoon console tours and after-hours surprises, you are the buyer.
Kestrel is built by ZaheZone, an Australian MSP. The product is Kestrel. Invoices say Kestrel.
