Put numbers on the messy mornings

Two estimates, using your fleet size. Useful in a QBR, or when you are deciding whether monitoring is cheaper than another Friday of console-hopping.

Time saved

How much tech time you spend just checking that each 3CX is “fine”, versus glancing at one fleet board.

Default assumes eight minutes a week per box (a login, a glance, a note) down to about a minute on a fleet view. Adjust to how your shop actually works.

If 3CX goes offline

Cost of an outage that stays silent until someone notices — overnight trunk death, missed detection, morning pile-on.

Six hours is a 2am failure found at 8am. Fifteen minutes is “alert fired, someone looked”. This is staff time / margin only — it does not add brand damage or missed emergency calls.

See the fleet. Get the alert. Price it per PBX.

Kestrel watches every box and pages on-call when one drops. Line the hours above against per-PBX pricing.
