Overview is a work list. When a client replies on a holiday, we email the partner techs. Push from that list. New hosts have a four-item checklist. Admins can limit a tech to specific PBXs.
12 Sep 2026 — Holidays per site
Country and state on each PBX. Email the client. Type a greeting or record by phone. Reminder cadence 45 / 30 / 21 / 14 / 7–2.
11 Sep 2026 — Fleet health
Licence expiry, stale extensions, unregistered trunks, updates board. Path MOS is estimated from collector RTT — not a live call.
