Use case
The 13 prefix vanished. Again.
Partners apply a standard outbound set. Someone “tidies” the rules. The next 13 number fails. Drift is the board that says so before the ticket.
The situation
You have a Queensland / NSW / VIC / SA template: local, mobile, 13, 1300/1800, E.164 and +61. Not every host still has it.
What Kestrel does
- Compares the last routing snapshot to the same AU baseline used on Manage → outbound defaults.
- Shows coverage (aligned vs expected) and the missing short names.
- Lets you preview and apply the missing rules from Manage — dry-run first.
