Which box owns this number?
A customer reads a DID off a letterhead, a carrier invoice, or a missed-call SMS. The partner who has twenty 3CX consoles should not have to open twenty inbound-rule pages.
The situation
Sales forwards a number. Nobody remembers if it is on the retail box, the medical box, or a tenant on the host. The spreadsheet is a year old.
What Kestrel does
- Searches stored inventory — no live XAPI while you type.
- Shows destination, inbound rule name, tenant (if any), host, and FQDN.
- Opens the matching PBX — or the tenant’s call flow — from the result row.
Guide: 3CX DID search for MSPs. Related: call routing.
