Stop opening forty PBXs before a long weekend
Each host has a country and state. We email the client a link. They say closed or open, type a greeting, or record one when 3CX calls them. You push the dates from Overview.
What actually happens
- QLD King’s Birthday is not WA’s. The calendar follows the host, not a fleet-wide dropdown.
- Add a custom close for a school holiday or a site shutdown that is not gazetted.
- Reminders at 45, 30, 21, 14 days, then daily from 7 to 2 days out.
- Typed greetings stay as a script. We do not invent a voice file from text.
