One board for every customer PBX
A 3CX partner grows from a few boxes to a fleet. The work does not come with a fleet tool — so we built one for the shop, not the end customer.
The situation
You support dedicated 3CX boxes and a few hosted tenants. Each has its own FQDN and its own habit of failing quietly. Monday stand-up is a tour of bookmarks.
What Kestrel does
- Connect each customer PBX to your Kestrel organisation.
- Group them under the customer company if you want a PSA reference later.
- Watch up/down, hours chips, open alerts, concurrent, and peak 30/90d from the fleet page.
- FQDN on the row opens that host’s 3CX console. Open a PBX in Kestrel only when the board says so.
Why it sticks
The partner is the tenant of Kestrel. End customers never log in. You are not selling them another portal — you are buying back technician mornings. Use the time-saved calculator with your PBX count. See the product or try the demo.
