Partners who host many companies on one 3CX need two truths: the box is alive, and which tenant is broken.
The situation
A multi-tenant host looks “up” while one company has no registrations. The admin console is a poor map with dozens of companies.
What Kestrel does
- Models a PBX as dedicated, multi-tenant host, or tenant.
- Tenants point at the parent host.
- Inventory on the host stores company snapshots when 3CX returns them.
